Tax Manager Public Accounting

Job Description

A boutique tax and accounting firm on the east side of Cleveland is looking for a self-starting tax manager (CPA required). As the firm continues to grow, additional staff is required to help manage clients.

The right candidate will have between 5 and 8 years of CPA firm experience working with private businesses and high net worth clients. Extensive tax planning, accounting, retirement planning and general business law knowledge a must. As a leader of the firm, the candiate will also be encouraged to network and be a rainmaker. The candidate should also be familar with qbooks online.

As a boutqiue firm, we aim to maintain a low accountant to client ratio. This is an opportunity to be a part of a growing firm where you can make an immediate impact. The right candidate will immediately take the lead on various clients and will be responsibile for client work flow, meetings, income tax returns, and general tax and financial/estate planning consulting.

We offer competitive salary, 401k with profit sharing, monthly cell phone allowance, commission for new clients, and real work/life balance.
