Senior Scrum Master

Our customer is seeking several seasoned enterprise apps Scrum Masters to help manage delivery on high-profile, a multi-year effort. This is a great opportunity for a Financial Services Scrum Master to get engaged in a resume-building, global project. We are only able to consider W2 personnel for this effort; C2C and transfer candidates will not be reviewed.

Responsibilities overview:

• Assign epics and ensure that all the required elements are appropriately understood, documented, owned, and actioned by the team
• Manage timelines and communicates delivery status
• Attend scrum of scrums, program iteration planning, and inspects and adapts
• Lead agile teams to facilitate sprint events (stand up, planning, demo, and retrospective)
• Coach team in Agile best practices and cross-functionality
• Collaborate with Product owner and Dev team to prioritize and define stories using JIRA
• Coordinate work between onshore based in US and offshore teams

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
