Administrative Assistant

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their client's team in California. This role is essential in supporting daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow within the office environment. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and supporting visitors.
• Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
• Organizing and scheduling appointments with administrative software.
• Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Developing and updating administrative systems to make them more efficient.
• Resolving administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
• Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative or assistant experience.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, 1st shift

Benefits

The position offers competitive pay, between $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.

Additional Details

Max Pay is $22. Min Pay is $20.00.
