Joint Education Program Manager

REQUIRED:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Onsite - Offutt AFB, NE
• At least 10 years' direct experience routinely interfacing with academic institutions at the graduate level regarding admissions, enrollment, registration, and bursar operations and with a working knowledge of program management and lesson plan development, analysis, improvement and assessment using appropriate pedagogical methods.
• Proficiency in MS Office core applications

PREFERRED:

• Joint PME program experience

DESCRIPTION:

Constellation West is a 29-year WOSB and Prime Federal Contractor bidding on recompeting Joint Exercise, Training, Assessment and Related Support for USSTRATCOM/J7.


Qualified incumbent personnel currently supporting this mission will be afforded Right of First Refusal (ROFR) for applicable positions, consistent with contract requirements and contingent upon continued eligibility, performance, and government approval.
