Lead Test Engineer

Salary: $99,000 - 139,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline
• 12+ years of experience in test engineering, systems integration, or verification and validation
• Practical experience applying DoD testing methodologies and requirements traceability
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical testing efforts
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Experience with Air Force weapons systems testing, automated test frameworks, and Model-Based Systems Engineering environments is preferred
• Preferred certifications include INCOSE, Certified Systems Engineering Professional, ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Test Analyst, PMI Project Management Professional, Certified Agile Tester, SAFe Agilist, and DAWIA Test & Evaluation Certification

• Lead developmental, integration, verification, validation, and operational testing for advanced defense systems
• Establish test strategies, direct test execution, assess system performance, and lead multidisciplinary test teams
• Manage test risks and conduct readiness assessments
• Prepare comprehensive test reports and brief Government leadership on findings and recommendations to support system acceptance and operational readiness
