Territory Business Manager, Advanced Surgery - Inland Empire, CA

Baxter seeks a Territory Business Manager for Advanced Surgery in the Inland Empire region to drive sales of hemostats, sealing, and tissue products. The role involves building relationships with surgical teams, educating healthcare professionals on product applications, and managing territory performance across a multi-state geography.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales quotas through direct sale of surgical products and services
- Educate physicians and surgical teams on product features, benefits, and on-label applications
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, hospital administration, and supply chain professionals
- Monitor territory sales performance against forecasts and competitive landscape
- Provide market feedback to supervisors and marketing on product development and pricing strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years relevant experience or 8+ years operating room sales experience
- Demonstrated experience with hospital-based operating room selling and large territory management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical abilities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 50%+ including remote or urban areas
- Live within or willing to relocate to assigned territory geography
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Compensation: $80,000-$110,000 annually, plus sales incentive plan eligibility
