Head of School

The client seeks a strategic and inspirational leader to serve as its next Head of School. This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic school community focused on academic excellence, student-centered learning, and community belonging, providing confident, passionate leadership and setting a compelling direction for the school’s next chapter. The client is a co-educational, independent day school serving students from junior kindergarten through 12th grade, with a faculty and staff team and strong engagement from students, families, trustees, and alumni. The Head of School will be expected to model excellence, build community, and articulate and execute a strategic plan, supporting a best-in-class academic experience that nurtures learners’ strengths, fosters curiosity, and promotes growth across classroom and extra- and co-curricular pursuits. The client’s search process will review complete applications starting immediately and continuing through the completion of the search.
