Your mandate will be to design, validate, and publicly launch this model campus—establishing it as the blueprint for a national expansion. Concurrently, you'll scale our virtual GT Anywhere program alongside the existing team. This includes stress-testing real-world programming, cultivating parent demand, embedding sustainable culture, and creating replicable playbooks. What You Will Be Doing Designing and piloting scalable programs beyond traditional academics—centered on leadership development, autonomy, and competitive excellence Validating and launching a physical model campus, encompassing staffing frameworks, facility design, and operational systems Creating parent-facing communication strategies, market entry plans, and expansion playbooks to drive growth Establishing, codifying, and replicating quality benchmarks and cultural norms across future locations Serving as the visible ambassador of the model—generating awareness through media engagement, events, and strategic partnerships What You Won’t Be Doing Operating a conventional school structured around classrooms, teachers, and all-day instruction Accommodating families seeking diluted gifted programs featuring AP courses and low rigor Implementing incremental improvements within legacy institutions—our objective is replacement, not reform Pursuing vanity engagement metrics—our focus is on measurable outcomes and substantive learning, not superficial activity Working entirely remotely—while flexibility exists, you'll spend approximately 1 week per month in Austin to maintain operational grounding Head Of Global Expansion Key Responsibilities Design, validate, and scale a high-performance educational model for gifted students—beginning with a single prototype campus and progressing toward national deployment.
