About Us Westside Concepts opened the first Haymaker restaurant in 2013 in Peoria, AZ. Since then, we have opened 10 more locations, of which we have multiple concepts, including Haymaker, Cantina Gueros, Maple & Rye, Four Corners Taphouse, and Copper & Sage. Our Managers cultivate and maintain the high standards of culture, food quality, service, presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency of our restaurants.The Assistant General Manager should be well versed in food costing, managing labor, great service standards, coaching and developing team members, budget performance and have the ability to adapt to an ever changing market.You should be efficient and comfortable with computer interaction. Table service, ordering and inventory maintenance are just a few things that will require that comfort level. The Restaurant Manager should also feel comfortable communicating any needs, issues, or concerns with the Director of Operations as well as our Culinary leadership team.At Westside Concepts, our service execution is the source of our passion and where we endeavor to truly 'wow' our guests.
