Job Description Microchip Technology is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support assembly, testing, and packaging operations for Chip Scale Atomic Clock (CSAC) products in a cleanroom environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble and package precision miniature/micro electro mechanical components Operate and maintain cleanroom equipment Perform inspections and quality checks Support troubleshooting and process improvement efforts Follow cleanroom and safety procedures Requirements / Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred 3+ years of cleanroom manufacturing experience preferred Experience with MEMS, microscope work, or semiconductor assembly is a plus Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills Basic computer proficiency Preferred Experience Wire bonding Datacon, MRSI, Tresky, or SMT pick-and-place equipment Vacuum soldering or hermetic sealing processes U.S. Export Controls Requirements This job requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Pay Range We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments.
