Job Overview Oracle Scrum Master responsible for leading Agile teams through Oracle EBS implementation in Financials and Maintenance/Supply Chain modules. Responsibilities Enables effective functioning of software development team using Agile methodology. Custodian of Agile process; ensures scrum processes are used as intended. Protects team, removes barriers, and keeps focus on tasks. Supports Product Owner to maximize productivity. Maintains backlog and release plans; publishes reports to keep Product Owner updated on progress. Qualifications 5+ years delivering Oracle packaged software. 7+ years serving as Scrum Master in Agile delivery. U.S. citizenship required. Eligibility Requirements U.S. Citizenship required. Clearance Requirements Public Trust clearance. Compensation The projected salary range for this position is $100,200—$203,400 USD, based on location.
