Dining Room Manager

Spoon and Stable, a highly acclaimed culinary destination renowned for its exceptional dining experience and commitment to hospitality, is looking for a new Dining Room Manager . This is a full-time , exempt position, integral to upholding and further elevating our standards of service and guest experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading daily restaurant operations, including opening & closing responsibilities
• Coaching and managing a high performing front of house team
• Cultivating guest relationships
• Ensuring the proper execution of service

Must be:

• Resourceful
• Strong problem solver
• Eager to learn
• Available for 5 services per week, including Sundays

Nice to have:

• Fine dining experience
• Comprehensive wine knowledge
• Familiarity with POS and reservations systems
