Therapist – Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Searcy, Arkansas

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Therapist to join our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team in Conway Arkansas. In this role, you will support individuals seeking treatment for mental health and substance use disorders, helping them build stability, resilience, and lasting recovery.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent
• Associate-level clinicians (LAC, PLMSW, ACSW, or LAMFT) are welcome to apply and must provide their own clinical supervisor
• Experience working in mental health and/or substance use treatment
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention skills
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and clinical documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Client-centered approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Adaptable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support as needed
• Coordinate care through case management and community referrals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality client care
• Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, including CBT, DBT, and other clinically appropriate interventions
