ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ronald Smith - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

I recently celebrated my 50th year as your local agent in Englewood, FL, having been with State Farm since 1974. Even after all these years, I love what I do and have no intention of retiring anytime soon. It is truly rewarding to be able to help my Good Neighbors protect themselves, their loved ones, and the things they care about most.  I am happily married with four grown children, eight grandkids, and two great-grandchildren who keep me motivated. I’m also a pet dad to three dogs; Cricket, Luke, and Ginger.
