Most importantly, you're collaborative, proactive, and excited to become a trusted partner who helps create the space for creativity, productivity, and a life well lived.Key Responsibilities:Household Organization & MaintenanceMaintain and improve household organization systems throughout the homeDaily resets and light tidying (dishes, surfaces, high-traffic areas) between cleaner visitsPrep home ahead of Tuesday cleaning visitsSeasonal décor and bedding swapsIndoor plant careChange batteries, light bulbs, and smoke detector batteries as neededMonitor and replace air purifier filtersEvent and holiday prep, including large Thanksgiving hosting and kids' visits for summer, Thanksgiving, and ChristmasCoordinate donation drop-offs and box breakdownsDeep Cleaning & Special ProjectsOccasional deep cleans (fridge, oven, baseboards)Clean humidifiers and air purifiersOrganizational projects: clearing and sorting boxes (including a significant volume of inherited business documents requiring shredding), going through kids' belongings, linen organizationLonger-term: legwork support for a planned garage remodel (blueprints already completed)Inventory & ErrandsGrocery shopping and pantry/fridge restocking, scaling up when family is home for visitsManage household supply lists and subscriptions (Amazon, Costco, Target)In-person errands: dry cleaning, returns, gift shopping, mail and package handlingBox breakdown and donation coordinationMeal SupportWash, prep, and chop produce for the weekBatch cook 1–2 healthy meals per week (soups, grains, salads)Light grocery shopping with an eye toward healthy, whole-food staplesKitchen clean-up and maintenanceLaundry & LinensWash, fold, and organize laundryManage linen organization, keeping sets together for the weekly cleanerMaintain a tidy, well-stocked laundry areaVehicle UpkeepSchedule maintenance for two family vehiclesFueling, cleaning, and light organizing of family vehiclesCandidate may use the family minivan for errands as needed; mileage reimbursement available for use of personal vehicleAdministrative & Personal Assistant SupportCoordinate appointments and schedule vendorsResearch and get bids for repair projectsPaper management and organization, including business paperwork and personal documentsTech-savvy approach to administrative tasks; potential to grow into light research support for film and theater projectsPet Care (Occasional)The family dog is out most of the day with a dedicated dog walker; primary pet duties are minimalOccasional vet or grooming appointment schedulingMaintain pet supply inventoryOptional: dog walks or park trips for candidates who enjoy itHow to Apply: Please send a short intro letter, an updated resume, and 3 professional references with contact information.
