Labor and Delivery Nurse

Salary: $120,000–$152,700/year + benefits (salary based on experience) Provide safe, patient-centered care before, during, and after delivery Support vaginal deliveries, C-sections, D&Cs, and other procedures Monitor fetal heart strips/NSTs and assess labor progression Perform cervical exams, IV insertions, and labor assessments Manage epidurals, pain control, inductions, preterm labor, and magnesium sulfate drips Provide pre/post-op C-section and postpartum care for mother and newborn Assist with operative deliveries and newborn resuscitation as needed Respond to emergencies including hemorrhage, HELLP syndrome, and preterm deliveries Administer blood products and provide patient/family education and support Requirements 5+ years L&D experience required Life & AD&D insurance + disability coverage Clinical ladder and certification opportunities Employee wellness and work-life support programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
