Join us to redefine hospitality and bring back the classics. Responsibilities We are looking for a highly motivated, customer‑focused Restaurant Server. Key duties include: Prepare the restaurant pre‑shift for service Greet guests upon arrival and throughout the dining experience Guide guests with descriptive menu selling techniques Take orders accurately and confirm special requests Master the menu knowledge to enhance conversations Collaborate with servers, kitchen, and bar staff Assist guests with concerns, providing resolution to maintain satisfaction Present bills accurately and timely Qualifications Engaging and welcoming personality Descriptive and persuasive communication skills 2 to 4 years of food service experience Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits Ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences Excellent communication skills Equal Opportunity Employer Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
