Strategic Finance Manager (GTM) | B2B FemTech / HealthTech SaaS | NYC $150,000 - $190,000 + equity Midtown, NY (Hybrid) Talentedge are supporting a hypergrowth and VC-backed FemTech startup on a newly created GTM Strategic Finance Manager position, owing to continued growth and expansion across the US. The business is using technology to transform women’s healthcare, partnering with employers and healthcare organizations to improve access to and delivery of care. You’ll be fantastic for this opportunity if you are looking to fast-track your career in a broad, commercially focused role within a high-growth environment. Key responsibilities to include: Own financial planning, forecasting and analysis across the GTM organization Partner closely with Sales & Marketing leadership on revenue planning, headcount, sales capacity and investment decisions Build complex financial and operating models to drive commercial decision making and GTM strategy Analyze key GTM metrics including pipeline, conversion, CAC, LTV, retention, sales productivity and unit economics Build sales capacity and productivity models to support hiring, quota setting and resource allocation Evaluate ROI across new GTM initiatives, commercial investments and growth opportunities Business partner cross-functionally, with a particular focus on Sales, Marketing, Operations and senior leadership Create ELT and board-level presentations on company and GTM performance Profile: Strong academically Investment banking / management consulting background advantageous Commercial / Strategic Finance experience within a startup / scaleup (B2B SaaS, HealthTech or FemTech is advantageous) Strong understanding of GTM metrics, revenue planning and commercial performance Must be sharp, ambitious, hard working, hungry and energetic Confident business partner who is able to own relationships cross functionally Strong financial modelling & data skills (SQL / Power BI is advantageous however non-essential) #J-18808-Ljbffr Talentedge
