Join us to be part of a team that leverages cutting-edge technology to create sustainable, efficient, and resilient manufacturing processes, making a tangible impact on the global stage.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs Your contribution to the team: Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery. An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.Required Skill and Experience• Strong hands-on expertise in AWS Cloud Architecture and Operations• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD Tools, Docker, Kubernetes and ECS/EKS• Working experience in Terraform / Infrastructure as Code, • Detailed knowledge of CloudWatch, Observability Tools, DevSecOps and Cloud Security• Experience in Incident and Release ManagementPreferred Skill and Experience• AI/GenAI Concepts and Amazon Bedrock• Stakeholder and Team Management• Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance platform engineering teams• Strong Communication and Leadership SkillsAdditional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
