Assembly Technician

Our client, manufacturing industry leader, is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. As a Assembly Technician, you will be part of the Production Support Department supporting Automated Assembly Operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Florence, KY Pay Range: $21 Shift: 12 hour shifts - must be flexible on days - 7am-7pm What's the Job? Operate, monitor, and support automated assembly systems, including robotics, vision systems, conveyors, and work cells. Load and unload components and materials according to standardized work instructions. Respond to machine alarms and stoppages, performing basic troubleshooting and escalating complex issues to technicians or engineering. Verify machine programs, setups, tooling, and fixtures prior to production start. Conduct in-process inspections (visual, torque, fit, alignment, labeling) to ensure quality standards are met.
