Assembly Technician

Automation Technician
Our client, manufacturing industry leader, is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. As a Assembly Technician, you will be part of the Production Support Department supporting Automated Assembly Operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Florence, KY
Pay Range: $25
Shift: 7pm-7am
What's the Job?
- Operate, monitor, and support automated assembly systems, including robotics, vision systems, conveyors, and work cells.
- Load and unload components and materials according to standardized work instructions.
- Respond to machine alarms and stoppages, performing basic troubleshooting and escalating complex issues to technicians or engineering.
- Verify machine programs, setups, tooling, and fixtures prior to production start.
- Conduct in-process inspections (visual, torque, fit, alignment, labeling) to ensure quality standards are met.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
