Medical Laboratory Scientist

HCA Healthcare – Medical Laboratory Scientist Medical Laboratory Scientist performs and demonstrates proficiency in one or more areas of the clinical laboratory. Responsibilities Perform chemical, bacteriological, serological and microscopic procedures in one or more laboratory sections. Maintain records of performance, patient results and quality control. Maintain equipment, record preventive and remedial maintenance of equipment. Assist with laboratory training programs as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required. Licensed or Certified Medical Lab Technician, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or American Medical Technologist required. At least one year experience in a hospital setting preferred.
