Our diverse case mix includes specialties such as General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Neurology, Vascular Surgery, and Trauma. While experience in Cardiac care is advantageous, it is not a requirement (additional compensation is available for cardiac expertise). This position is hospital-employed and classified as W-2.

Our team of physicians and CRNAs thrives in a collaborative environment characterized by mutual respect and a shared commitment to patient care. We utilize a supervision model with a maximum ratio of 4:1. This is a full-time opportunity, with MDs expected to work 2,060 hours annually to maintain a 1.0 FTE status, and call responsibilities are distributed equally among the team.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
• Completion of an ACGME accredited anesthesiology residency program.
• Board certification from the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA) or the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology (AOBA), or the ability to obtain such certification within three years of employment.
• Valid Idaho medical license and privileges at our facility and other affiliated hospitals as necessary; must hold a valid controlled substance registration with the Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
