We're looking for a Document Control Specialist to support a growing organization focused on advancing healthcare technologies and products.
In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining controlled documents and quality records while supporting compliance within a regulated environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Managing SOPs, work instructions, batch records, and quality records
✅ Coordinating document creation, revision, approval, and archival activities
✅ Maintaining document control systems and ensuring document accuracy
✅ Supporting change controls, CAPAs, deviations, and other quality processes
✅ Assisting with audit preparation and documentation requests
✅ Working cross-functionally to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For:
✔ 2+ years of document control experience in a regulated industry
✔ Experience managing controlled documents and document revisions
✔ Experience with SOPs, work instructions, batch records, and quality records
✔ Experience supporting ISO 13485 quality systems
✔ Experience working within FDA 21 CFR Part 210 and 211 (cGMP) regulated environments
✔ Familiarity with change controls, CAPAs, deviations, and quality documentation
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
