Office Coordinator

Job Summary Maintains and distributes schedules to ensure efficient workflow. Manages daily computer entries and recordkeeping. Coordinates communication among staff, clients, and visitors. Ensures a professional and organized office environment. Essential Functions Responds to the orientation and developmental needs of assigned employees. Oversees daily department operations, reviews and delegates tasks, and provides process oversight. Assists the Clinic Manager with interviewing, staffing, and disciplinary actions. Completes payroll processing as required. Analyzes workflows to ensure timely and accurate data entry without treatment delays. Oversees and assists with the maintenance of office supplies and equipment. Performs record retrieval for reviews and audits. Performs other duties as assigned. Education Requirement High school diploma or equivalent experience Experience Requirement 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare, clinical setting, or a relevant area An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.
