This role requires discretion, efficiency, and attention to detail in arranging complex domestic and international itineraries, including air, hotel, car rentals, car service, and special requests. The goal is to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors./ppCore Responsibilities:/pulliArrange complex and routine travel (air, hotel, car, car service, rail) per company and client policies./liliResearch visa/passport needs for international travel./liliOffer expert-level travel consultation and personalized service./liliMaintain traveler profiles and booking records (Sabre)./liliProcess exchanges, refunds, and apply corporate discounts./liliUse tools like Sabre, OBT, Groundspan, and company tracking/reporting systems./liliStay current on travel trends, tools, and industry standards./liliParticipate in training and continuous improvement efforts./li/ulpProficiency Expectations:/pulliEfficiently book: ulliSimple domestic trips (within 1015 min)/liliDomestic multi-leg or simple international trips (within 2030 min)/liliComplex international itineraries (within 3040 min)/li/ul/liliApply fare rules, exchanges, name changes, unused ticket credits./liliBook car services and handle third-party bookings outside Sabre./liliProvide detailed recaps of bookings via email or phone./liliFinalize and quality-check bookings, invoices, and communications./li/ulpQualifications:/pulli5+ years experience in corporate travel; VIP client experience required./liliStrong command of Sabre, including pricing, scripts, and ticketing./liliExpertise in airline, hotel, and car contracts./liliImpeccable customer service and communication skills./liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and messaging tools./liliStrong multitasking, problem-solving, and research capabilities./liliFlexibility to support clients outside standard hours./liliStrong knowledge of domestic/international destinations and regulations./liliAptitude to resolve issues independently/liliHigh levels of motivation, working both independently and as part of a team./liliKnow the aspects of the airline rules restrictions/liliGood mathematical and analytical skills/liliProficient with Outlook email./liliProficient with Instant Messaging software./liliProficient internet research skills for customer information./liliA competent level of typing and general IT skills may be required./liliAbility to sit or stand for long periods of time./li/ul/div
