CompuNet is seeking a cloud-focused MSP Engineer to operate Microsoft Azure environments across a portfolio of managed customers. This role centers on monitoring, optimization, and operational execution to ensure Azure environments are delivered reliably, consistently, and to the highest standards of service quality and compliance. TheMSPEngineer is accountable for the ongoing operation of Azure environments across multiple tenants, including monitoring, cost visibility, optimization, issue resolution, and change execution. The role requires strongescalationjudgment, clear documentation, and the ability to produce handoffs that receiving teams can act on without rework. Essential Duties & Responsibilities AZURE OPERATIONS & MULTI-TENANT MANAGEMENT Operateinternal andcustomerAzure environments across multiple tenants using Azure Lighthouse and delegated administration Monitor health, performance, and security posture across managed environments Investigate and resolve operational issues, engaging Microsoft support when needed Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes according to defined service standards Execute routine changes including configuration, access, and policy updates Support patch management, update compliance, and baseline configuration across managed environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Compunetinc
