As a Senior RF Electrical Engineer , you will be responsible for supporting a development program within the Airborne RF Electronics Design Department. You will be working as a member of a team that is responsible for developing testsets to support a production program onsite under the guidance of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead in McKinney, Texas.

What You Will Do:

• Work in a team environment that will assess production testing design coverage for all levels of test from special test equipment to assembly, test, integration, and verification.
• Stand up testsets to support a production run in the McKinney compact range area to meet the production program requirements.
• Troubleshooting testsets down to component level to include analog/digital/radio and microwave frequency circuitry and interfaces and software.
• Resolution of issues on production support testsets in NTX.
• Work in a compact range environment and lab environment.
• Use cPDM and PRISM SAP to support drawings and requirements.
• Interpreting, generating, updating, releasing and applying engineering drawings, including testset drawings, assembly drawings, parts lists, wire lists, harnesses, cables, and schematics.
• Train and mentor early in career team members.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Experience with electronics and coding
• Experience with the use of measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
• Experience with compact antenna ranges and measurements.

• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain program access is required after start. US citizenship is required, as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience with troubleshooting electronics.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures who represent a diversity of work and conflict resolution styles.
• Experience with Matlab and Labview.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with leadership and colleagues.
• Experience with troubleshooting cables and harnesses.
• Experience with troubleshooting production RF testsets and RF systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting testsets including measurement equipment, electromechanical devices, controllers, near field measurement, and subsystems.
• 10+ years of experience in test and troubleshooting

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
