Contract Coordinator

Providing operational and administrative support to the Contract Negotiation team, the full-time Contract Coordinator will coordinate payer contracting activities from initiation through implementation in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Submit new provider and organizational contract requests to various payers and monitor application status Maintain detailed tracking of all contract submissions and assist Contract Negotiators throughout the contracting lifecycle Collaborate with multiple internal teams to facilitate the successful implementation of new agreements Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or some college preferred 1-3 years of experience in healthcare administrative support, provider contracting, or a related role Experience with commercial insurance and/or government payers preferred Basic knowledge of payer agreements and prior experience working directly with payers Familiarity with payer credentialing and enrollment workflows preferred
