Senior HR CoordinatorThe Distribution Center Senior Human Resources Coordinator position is responsible for assisting the Human Resources team with associate engagement, associate programs, and administrative duties.Your roleAssist Human Resources Team with all aspects of general administrative work, which includes maintaining files, managing paperwork, developing spreadsheets, and other duties as assignedAct as a first point of contact for associates regarding human resource and associate relations questionsAccurately maintain data in various databases/systems regarding the HR information system, associate productivity, timekeeping, PTO, and other informationEffectively communicate with distribution associates, operations leaders, home office, and the HR team verbally and via e-mailFacilitate new hire and benefits orientationsLead administration of specific distribution associate programs, such as Fall Peak Appreciation Program and the Associate Opinion SurveyDemonstrate an approachable presence and live our core company valuesMaintain confidentiality with associate and company informationSuccessfully prioritize and complete tasks in a collaborative team environmentBe knowledgeable of the Associate Guide and company policies and proceduresManage office supply inventoryMinimum Salary: $24.00Maximum Salary: $31.50Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.Your experienceOne or more years' experience in Human ResourcesIntermediate/Advanced PC Skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)Demonstrated experience accurately and efficiently entering data into databasesExperience working with peak season hiring, employee benefits, new hire orientation and other general HR principles, practices, and proceduresAssociates or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experienceDemonstrated capability to problem solve and analyze situations for the best resolutionFamiliarity with I-9 and WOTC preferredPaid parental leave to bond with your new addition401(k) savings plan with company matchMerit increases and performance bonusesOn-the-spot recognition and rewards for a job well doneEmployee stock purchase programMerchandise discountsMedical, dental, vision, and pharmacy coverageTuition reimbursementCommuter benefitsWorking and Living in Columbus/Reynoldsburg, OhioKnown as "The Discovery City," Columbus, Ohio, is a place where new ideas and creativity flourish.
