Job Details

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.
2+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
Strong plaintiff-side personal injury background preferred.
Demonstrated courtroom, deposition, and trial experience.
Strong legal writing, negotiation, and litigation skills.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Ability to independently manage a substantial caseload.
Strong communication and client-service skills.
Comfortable taking cases through litigation and trial.
