Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the CXO leads the Credit Union’s member-experience strategy, with oversight of retail delivery, service standards, relationship-building, and initiatives that strengthen member engagement, loyalty, and financial well-being. This role partners closely with the executive team and Board of Directors to ensure Spectra’s mission, strategic priorities, and member-focused values are embedded throughout the organization.
