About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Member Experience Officer to be a pivotal executive leader in the design and delivery of an outstanding, uniform member experience across all interactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the member-experience strategy, with a focus on retail delivery, service standards, and initiatives that enhance member engagement, loyalty, and financial well-being. This role demands a strategic, collaborative, and member-centric leader with a strong background in financial services, capable of driving cultural and operational change to ensure the organization's mission and member-focused values are deeply ingrained. The CXO will work closely with the executive team and Board of Directors, using member insights, performance data, and market trends to identify and implement opportunities for experience improvement and service enhancement. Applicants for the Chief Member Experience Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree as a minimum requirement, with advanced degrees preferred.
