Remote Paralegal

A rapidly growing property development and construction group delivering major residential and mixed‑use projects across NSW, the organisation operates with a fast pace and a fully integrated model spanning acquisition, design, construction and property management. Its developments are reshaping key growth areas and supporting more accessible, community‑focused housing. With a strong pipeline ahead, the business is expanding its corporate functions and is now seeking a proactive Paralegal to support its in‑house legal team in a dynamic, high‑impact environment.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing routine agreements, preparing drafts, updating templates and assisting with negotiation materials

• Managing deadlines, tracking progress across workstreams and ensuring timely access to required information

• Analysing legislation, summarising regulatory updates and preparing concise briefing notes

• Maintaining organised filing systems, ensuring version control and supporting accurate internal records

• Scheduling meetings, preparing materials, coordinating with external advisers and assisting with daily operational needs

• Refining workflows, updating internal procedures and contributing to initiatives that enhance legal team efficiency

Requirements

• Foundational legal training with experience in paralegal, legal assistant or junior legal support roles.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Proficiency with legal documents including drafting, reviewing and redlining.

• Effective communication skills and confidence liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to work on‑site as required and contribute positively to team culture.
