CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist Opening Responsibilities Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machine tools to perform exact tolerances on products with various dimensions and unusual contours. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate machining. Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials into the machine. Inspect cutting tools for sharpness and usability. Calculate and set controls and programming to regulate machining processes. Program machines to specific speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut. Essential Skills CNC experience (lathe or mill). Ability to read blueprints. Experience with G&M Codes. This is a fully onsite position in Lebanon, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00/hr.
