Role at Baxter

The sales specialist defines and implements positioning, education, and technical support strategies for the Advanced Surgery product portfolio, ensuring its clinical adoption, differentiation from the competition, and alignment with the company's commercial and regulatory objectives.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement product plans aligned with the business strategy.
• Provide technical and clinical support to clients and sales force in the operating room.
• Enter the operating room to ensure preparation and correct use of the portfolio.
• Analysis of displacements, procedures, and specialties to work
• Medical visit in the office
• Visit to private and government sector hospitals
• Planning events in your territory with KOLS, Nurses, and Residents
• Collaborate with Marketing in the execution of the strategy and the organization of events in the country
• Design and deliver clinical and product training for internal and external clients.
• Lead clinical evaluations and product pilot tests.
• Collect market feedback to improve the value proposition of products.
• Monitor trends, competition, and opportunities of the portfolio.
• Support compliance, regulatory, and new product introduction processes.
• Foster a culture of compliance with norms and ethical business practices in the organization.
• Promote the implementation of the ethics and compliance program and prevent, detect, and correct violations of the law, Baxter policies, and code of conduct.
• Implement Baxters code of conduct, policies, and procedures, including but not limited to the Global Interactions policy and third-party policy and support processes.
• Identify Baxters compliance and legal risks in the country/cluster.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelors degree in health areas (Nursing, Medicine, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related).
• Desirable masters degree or specialty in surgical or biomedical areas.
• Minimum 3 years in clinical or technical positions within the health sector, ideally in medical devices.
• Experience in surgical accompaniment and medical training.
• Knowledge of anatomy and surgical procedures related to the portfolio.
• Knowledge of the medical devices market and hospital dynamics, as well as health regulations and compliance for clinical interactions.
• Experience with adult teaching techniques and technical training tools.
