Fitness Sales Consultant
HCOA Fitness, lder en la industria del acondicionamiento fsico en Puerto Rico, est en bsqueda de profesionales certificados en fitness que deseen desarrollarse en ventas de entrenamiento personal y crecer dentro de una organizacin slida.
El Fitness Sales Consultant es responsable de promover y vender programas de entrenamiento personal, garantizando una experiencia de alta calidad para los socios y apoyando al Fitness Director en la ejecucin del servicio.
Vender programas de entrenamiento personal a nuevos y actuales socios
Cumplir y superar metas mensuales de ventas
Evaluar necesidades de los clientes y recomendar soluciones adecuadas
Dar seguimiento a prospectos y clientes activos
Apoyar en la supervisin de la calidad del servicio de entrenamiento
Mantener estndares profesionales dentro del club
Salario base + comisiones
Potencial real de ingresos: $2,500+ mensual

Diploma de escuela superior o GED
Experiencia en ventas
Certificacin de entrenamiento personal (ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM o equivalente)
Certificacin de CPR y primeros auxilios vigente
Certificacin del Departamento de Recreacin y Deportes
Disponibilidad para horarios flexibles, incluyendo noches y fines de semana
Transportacin confiable
Orientado(a) a resultados y cumplimiento de metas
Inters en generar ingresos por desempeo
Habilidad para comunicarse y cerrar ventas
Actitud profesional, disciplina y enfoque competitivo
