- 7-10 years of relevant architectural experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Strong design sensibility and aesthetic judgment
- Experience on public, education, or cultural sector projects
- Solid understanding of NYC zoning and building code
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong detailing skills and experience producing CD sets
- Team leadership and consultant coordination experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
