Experience: 6+ months in critical care preferred; clinical instruction experience a plus

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Range: $28.57 - $37.84 (additional shift differentials apply)

Differentials: Evenings $2.30, Nights $3.75, Weekends $3.00

What You'll Do

• Perform routine Epic and bedside medication verification
• Work independently in critical care units post-checkoffs
• Administer therapy protocols across various hospital departments
• Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate therapies
• Assist in training and mentoring students and new staff
• Contribute to a team focused on patient-centered care
• Uphold safety and compliance standards

What You Need

• Active KS Respiratory Therapist (RT) license
• CRT and RRT credentials from NBRC
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Minimum 6 months of critical care experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment skills and professionalism
