Job Details:Duration of the project: 6 MonthsHybridWould you require the candidates to meet you for an in-person interview?: Should be open for bothMust Have Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in either Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Materials Engineering4 years dedicated Aerospace experienceKnowledge of Aerospace industry and standardsKnowledge in both metallic and composite aero structures/ Nacelles componentsAbility to work with individuals with diverse backgrounds, experience, and education levelsGood communication skills to interact with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams (Engineering, Tooling, Production, Quality) to assure the requirement is completed correctly and delivered per schedule to the customerDetailed Job Description:Program Planning & SchedulingDevelop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft ProjectTrack milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and deliverablesMonitor schedule performance and identify risks or delaysEarned Value Management (EVM)Support EVM data collection, analysis, and reportingTrack PV, EV, AC, SPI, and CPI metricsAssist with variance analysis and corrective actionsReporting & TrackingCreate dashboards, trackers, action item logs, and status reportsDevelop Excel-based reporting toolsTrack risks, issues, dependencies, and actionsProgram SupportSupport program reviews and leadership reportingPrepare presentations, metrics, and status updatesSupport ad hoc requests from Program ManagersMinimum Years of Experience:4 to 6 years of experience in Program Management in Aerospace industriesEducation:Bachelor’s / MastersTop 3 Responsibilities:Bachelor’s Degree in either Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Materials Engineering4 years dedicated Aerospace experienceKnowledge of Aerospace industry and standardsKnowledge in both metallic and composite aero structures/ Nacelles componentsAbility to work with individuals with diverse backgrounds, experience, and education levelsGood communication skills to interact with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams (Engineering, Tooling, Production, Quality) to assure the requirement is completed correctly and delivered per schedule to the customerAmpcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
