About the Role Platinum Pest Solutions is looking for a driven Commercial Sales Representative with a strong hunter mentality to expand our B2B footprint across multi-family, industrial, and commercial properties. If you thrive on field prospecting, building direct relationships with key decision-makers, and closing new business, this role offers uncapped earning potential with a established regional leader. What You'll Do Drive New Business: Prospect and generate leads through field outreach, networking, referrals, and targeted cold outreach. Conduct On-Site Assessments: Perform thorough facility inspections to understand prospective client needs and construct customized service proposals. Close Deals: Present tailored solutions to facility managers and operations leaders, negotiate terms, and close agreements to hit monthly targets. Maintain Pipeline: Log daily outreach, client interactions, and deal status in Pipedrive CRM. Ensure Smooth Onboarding: Partner with operations and service teams to deliver a seamless transition for new clients. What We're Looking For Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hunting and closing new accounts (facility services or pest control experience preferred). Licensing & Travel: Valid driver's license with a clean record; willing to complete state pesticide licensure within 90 days. Core Skills: Strong negotiation skills, self-directed daily schedule management, and comfortable with regional field travel. Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
