Location Los Angeles, CA (Koreatown) Job Summary 참여자 등록 담당자는 Heritage PACE 프로그램에 참여를 희망하는 예비 참여자들이 성공적으로 등록 절차를 완료할 수 있도록 전반적인 지원을 제공합니다. 메디케이드 자격 확인, 초기 평가 진행, 기록 관리 및 내부 팀 및 외부 기관과의 협력을 통해 등록 과정을 효율적으로 조율하고 관리합니다. Responsibilities 참여자 등록 및 메디케이드 자격 지원: 예비 참여자들의 등록 과정을 안내하고, 메디케이드 자격 확인 및 관련 서류 준비를 지원합니다. 초기 평가 수행: 참여자의 자택이나 요양 시설을 방문하여 초기 평가를 진행하고 관련 정보를 수집합니다. 기록 관리 및 일정 조율: 모든 등록 관련 기록을 정확하게 유지하고, 평가 및 등록 일정을 효율적으로 조율합니다. 내부 팀 및 외부 기관 협력: 다학제 의료팀 및 기타 내부 부서, 그리고 지역 사회 기관들과 긴밀하게 협력하여 원활한 등록 과정을 보장합니다. 지역 사회 홍보 및 아웃리치 활동 지원: Heritage PACE 프로그램에 대한 지역 사회 인식을 높이기 위한 홍보 및 마케팅 활동을 지원합니다. 관련 서류 준비 및 마감 기한 준수: 모든 등록 관련 서류를 정확하게 준비하고, 정해진 마감 기한을 철저히 준수합니다. Qualifications고등학교 졸업 또는 GED 필수.
뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 능력, 조직력, 그리고 문제 해결 능력.
Google Docs Editors (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) 및 Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 활용 능력.보건 관련 전공의 준학사 또는 학사 학위 (우대).
메디케이드/메디케어 또는 노인 돌봄 서비스 관련 지식 및 경험 (우대).
Work Environment 간헐적으로 참여자 평가를 위해 외부 방문이 필요하며, 어르신들을 돌보는 의료 환경의 특성상 때때로 다소 스트레스가 있는 상황이 발생할 수 있습니다. Benefits건강 보험: 의료, 치과, 안과 보험 제공 (70%)
