• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market
• Experience in account management, including upselling and cross-selling products or services

Requirements:

Specific Work Experience:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
• Lead and manage a team of sales managers and sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress towards goals
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review

• Ability to work in the field
• Ability to drive for 8-9 hours per day
• Working in vehicles with each distributor from first account to last account
• Monitor distributors in your district
• Enforce rules when necessary 
• Ability to work routes anywhere in district when needed
• Follow up on emails
• Work to lower out of stock items in all stores
• Frequent bending, standing, reaching, pulling
