4 Rivers Smokehouse is looking for an experienced  Restaurant Manager to join our Central Florida team. We're looking for a well-rounded restaurant leader who enjoys developing people, creating great guest experiences and helping a team deliver a successful shift.

Our restaurants are built around scratch cooking, quality ingredients and genuine hospitality, so we're especially interested in leaders who have experience working in or leading a kitchen — but restaurant experience in any area is welcome.

We're hiring for our Central Florida market, with opportunities at multiple 4 Rivers Smokehouse locations. Your specific placement will be determined based on your experience, our current business needs and the best fit for both you and the team.

What You'll Do

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll help lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and work alongside the management team to create an excellent experience for both guests and team members.

You'll:

• Lead, coach and develop restaurant team members and shift leaders
• Help create a positive, welcoming and accountable team environment
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure standards are consistently met
• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Take an active role in kitchen execution, food quality and scratch cooking
• Help ensure our food is prepared consistently and to 4 Rivers standards
• Support ordering, inventory, labor management and other operational needs
• Assist with hiring, interviewing, training and onboarding
• Monitor cleanliness, food safety and overall restaurant standards
• Handle guest concerns and operational challenges professionally
• Work alongside your team and jump in wherever you're needed
• Partner with other managers to achieve restaurant goals
• Help develop future leaders and create opportunities for team members to grow

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people-focused restaurant leaders who know how to run a great shift and bring out the best in their team.

You may be a great fit if you have:

• Previous restaurant management or leadership experience
• Experience in  front of house, back of house or both
• A passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
• An appreciation for quality food and scratch cooking
• Experience leading, coaching and developing a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to stay organized and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• The ability to work effectively with both service and kitchen teams

Kitchen Managers, Service Managers, Assistant Managers, Restaurant Managers, Sous Chefs, Culinary Leaders and other experienced restaurant leaders are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

$50,000–$60,000 annual salary, based on experience, plus monthly bonus potential.

4 Rivers Smokehouse began with the launch of the “Barbecue Ministry” in 2004, when John hosted a cookout fundraiser to support a local family whose young daughter was battling cancer. This one event resulted in a passion for supporting local schools, churches, and charitable organizations. After trials, tribulations, and a whole lot of burnt ends, we finally flipped that “Hot Brisket Now” sign on in October of 2009. Within the first hour, a line had formed out the door…and then around the corner.
