What You’ll Do Lead field survey operations with confidence, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Operate and maintain survey equipment (GPS, robotic total stations, digital levels, etc.) Establish high-accuracy control networks Perform topographic, boundary and right-of-way surveys, along with location control route staking Interpret road, bridge and utility plans for field application Mentor junior staff and collaborate closely with office and field teams Travel within Indiana as needed to support projects What You Bring Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage crews and also work independently Hands‑on experience with industry-standard software and survey technologies A valid driver’s license and insurability Preferred Skills (a Big Plus) Trimble equipment & Trimble Access software LiDAR scanning and processing DJI drone familiarity & FAA Part 107 license INDOT point coding and line command experience Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil3D, Microsoft Office Suite We Provide Company vehicle, computer and all necessary field equipment Competitive pay with paid overtime Comprehensive benefits package: health, dental, vision and 401(k) Paid time off, cellphone stipend and wellness stipend #J-18808-Ljbffr
