Private Practice Therapist - Inspire Counseling Center (Northbrook)

Responsibilities See a minimum of 20 clients per week, with schedule arranged collaboratively to fit personal availability Work from a dedicated, office space each week; contribute to a client roster across a wide range of ages and client types (kids, adolescents, adults, families and couples) Collaborate with a large administrative support team that handles intake calls, new client paperwork, scheduling, billing, insurance, and related office management tasks Engage in ongoing supervision and professional development, including weekly individual supervision for new therapists and ongoing group supervision for all therapists Participate in paid orientation for new hires and access ongoing in-house trainings and CEU stipends Benefit from a strong marketing pipeline and access to psychiatry for medical-related questions Contribute to a positive, open, kind culture that prioritizes personal well-being and professional growth Qualifications Minimum of 20 clients per week (25 office hours) Weekend availability required during the first year (one weekend shift per typical schedule: Friday 3-8, Saturday/Sunday 10-1 or 1-5) Experience with counseling; life experience and personal counseling history are a plus BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Aetna paneling a plus Prior private practice experience a plus Send cover letter and/or CV with application Education: Master\'s or Doctorate; licensed or in the process of obtaining an MSW, LSW, LPC, MFT, LCPC, LMFT, AMFT, LCSW, PMHNP, or equivalent Employee Benefits W2 Employee status Competitive compensation (percentage based on income received) 401k for retirement savings PTO 40 hours/year In-House Trainings & CEU stipends Beautiful, spa-like offices Individual & Group Supervision Steady stream of client referrals Legal Counsel Professional Liability Insurance & Workman\'s Comp Office Parties & Company Meetings (with fun "swag!")
