Associate Medical Director, Dermatology and Respiratory - Clinical Development

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Medical Director to provide medical and scientific oversight for late-stage dermatology and respiratory clinical trials. The role involves supporting study design, execution, and regulatory submissions while ensuring participant safety and high-quality clinical deliverables across immune-mediated diseases.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Phase 2 and Phase 3 dermatology and respiratory trial design, execution, analysis, and reporting
• Provide medical oversight including eligibility guidance, safety review, protocol deviation assessment, and data monitoring
• Develop and review clinical documents including protocols, case report forms, investigator brochures, and regulatory submissions
• Partner with clinical scientists and stakeholders to drive study decisions, risk mitigation, and milestone delivery
• Author abstracts, manuscripts, and scientific communications based on clinical trial data for publication and presentation

Requirements

• MD or equivalent medical degree required
• Board certification or eligibility in dermatology, allergy/immunology, or pulmonology desirable
• Clinical expertise in dermatology, allergy/immunology, pulmonology, or related immune-mediated disciplines
• Experience designing, executing, and reporting interventional clinical trials for immune-mediated inflammatory diseases
• Strong knowledge of immunology, disease biology, clinical practice, trial methodology, and Good Clinical Practice
• Ability to analyze clinical data, identify issues, and communicate recommendations clearly
• Demonstrated effectiveness in global, cross-functional, and matrixed team environments
