Associate Director, Development Project Management (Hybrid)

Role: The GPAM Associate Director, Project Manager, leads end-to-end drug development projects across various therapeutic areas, with a focus on pipeline progression via strategic planning and cross-functional execution. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include developing integrated project plans, managing complex projects, driving alignment among clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, CMC, and commercial teams, and leveraging enterprise project management tools for risk assessment and communication. The role involves stakeholder management across global teams (including Japan and China), process improvement initiatives, and mentoring. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or applied discipline with a minimum of five years' project management experience; advanced degrees (MS, MBA, Ph.D., PharmD) and PMP certification preferred. Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech product development, particularly in clinical drug phases, is strongly preferred. Skills include enterprise project management, cross-functional leadership, strategic planning, risk management, and process optimization.
