(Part-Time) Email Marketing Specialist

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for creative, bilingual professionals to help us expand our reach and impact. We are seeking a Bilingual Email Marketing Specialist fluent in Spanish and English with demonstrated experience using Klaviyo. This is a remote, part-time role with consistent hours from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing email marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and convert both English- and Spanish-speaking audiences. Key Responsibilities Plan, write, design, and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo Develop and manage segmented lists for targeted communications Create A/B tests, analyze results, and optimize performance Translate and localize content for both English and Spanish-speaking audiences Ensure emails meet branding, quality, and compliance standards Collaborate with team members on campaign goals, timelines, and reporting Track and report on key metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) Proficient in Klaviyo (required) Strong copywriting and editing skills in both languages Experience in audience segmentation, list management, and email automation Basic knowledge of email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) Strong attention to detail, design sensibility, and data interpretation skills Available Monday through Friday, 10am–2pm EST Experience with other marketing tools (Canva, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
