Pay Rate: $19.00/hr Schedule: M-F 7:00AM3:30PM. Hours may vary based on business needs Location: Tempe, AZ

About the Role

We are seeking an Affidavit Specialist to process customer and citizen inquiries and requests while providing accurate, timely, and professional service.

What You'll Do

• Process customer and citizen inquiries received by email, mail, fax, and other sources.
• Review and process documents related to notices, liability, hearings, payments, and correspondence.
• Provide required documents and information to customers.
• Open, sort, and scan incoming mail.
• Process a high volume of requests while meeting accuracy and service-level expectations.
• Follow customer-specific business rules and company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and support internal teams.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of data entry experience required.
• Data entry speed of 40 WPM.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and know when to escalate issues.
• Ability to work effectively with different teams and departments.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to work reliably in an office and/or home environment.
• Drug screening, background check, and fingerprinting required.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to review data and images on a computer monitor for extended periods, typically during an 8-hour shift.
